Make sure you’re in an undisturbed place where you can close the door and do the LIVE guided practice without interruptions.
Because the live practice maybe something a little out of the ordinary, you may feel a bit resistant: come anyways!

To prepare for the best possible Breath-work results don’t eat anything too heavy before the workshop, try to avoid caffeine and alcohol, be hydrated but make sure you pee prior, you may get cold during the Breath-work so have a blanket on hand or your big snugly duvet!
