In this experience, you’ll learn my breathwork infused nervous system work to begin to heal your emotional & physical trauma and restore your full inbuilt potential through Breathwork and nueroscience tools that transform your past and YOUR future.

This will give you an intro into:

• Learning how to create a foundation of safety in your nervous system so your body can feel comfortable enough to support the trauma to come to the surface to be released.
• Uncovering the hidden subconscious blocks you have that are limiting you from experiencing your FULL capacity to heal and step into your magnificent potential so that you can make empowered choices, develop your inner power and fulfil your attainable desired self.
• Releaseing trapped emotions related to your limiting experiences around your sexuality so you can deeply heal on a mind and nervous system level.

We will end with a sharing semi - circle or maybe a rectangle where we shall uplift and inspire each other if you feel called to!
