➡️ I will guide you through a deep breathwork practise where you will welcome challenging emotions. 

➡️ You will bring any fragmented parts of yourself, limiting beliefs, the hard to feel emotions that come up and bridge with pleasure into the throne at the center of your heart.

➡️ The more you embody challenging emotions the more you will be at peace with them.

➡️ Bridging them with pleasure helps create a neuronal network where these emotions no longer cause you to shut down AND over time these challenging emotions then start to go away or become easier to embrace and you shift through challenging times with a lot more ease.

➡️ I’m seeing over and over again this is a VITAL practise to really nail. 

➡️ In honesty when you practise this ALOT shit doesn’t bother you so much and you fuck the fear and do it anyway!

➡️This practise will really help’s you to stop fighting with yourself and encourages your nervous system to stop repressing parts of yourself that want to be seen and heard, it’s time it all got a seat at the table.

➡️Bringing them to the centre of your heart with deep love and acceptance creates an inner harmony and brings your energy body back into alignment which creates more vitality in your inner world and life, and don’t we all need that to move forward right now!
