Sexual and Business Trauma - Breathwork Workshop

Business owners are just as susceptible to trauma as anyone else is – in fact,  I would say they may be more likely, considering the significant amount of pressure they experience on a daily basis.

We cannot control our past experiences, and unfortunately, traumatic sexual and relational experiences do shape the way we perceive ourselves, others, and the world at large.

So if you’ve been affected by a yucky sexual experience (this can be anything from having been penetrated when your pussy has not been a full yes, to childhood abuse, to not having sex with your partner for long periods, to heartbreak) it’s important to consider how this has shaped your decision-making in your own business today – if you haven’t healed from those traumatic events, your success could not be being maximised at its full potential.

Now a high percentage of my clients are female entrepreneurs, creatives, coaches, yoga teachers and impact makers and ALL of the time how they feel about their sexuality, how they embrace their sexuality is mirrored in their business.

In this workshop you will:

👉 Bring awareness to the limiting stories, conditioning and traumas that overlap in your sexuality and business.

👉 Release tension from the body and pelvis to allow a circulation of energy that prevents future freeze.

👉 Release previous traumatic events from your nervous system that didn’t complete the stress cycle.

👉Create a new identity around your sexual and business self, who do you actually desire to be and what feels in alignment and authentic to you.

👉 Be hugely inspired by a group of visionaries also rising up in this world.

We will end with a sharing circle where we shall uplift and inspire each other.
